Atlanta Brazilian Steakhouse is Awesome, and You Heard it Here First

Last month we ran an article talking about how great the Red & Green Steakhouse is in the suburbs of Atlanta, Georgia. We were mostly having fun with the story, but our writer still knew it was a really great place. Now, a mere month later, it looks like the mainstream news is once again following our lead and reporting on the facts we already knew. It's a great place, so don't even pretend to be surprised.

We've run some pretty mainstream articles recently, from the review of Dane Cook's Rough Around the Edges tour to an investigative piece about how Drew Peterson is getting away with murder, but we knew those would go big, we just couldn't have imagined that publications from Brazil to Shanghai to Puerto Rico would have to say about it.

And that is to say nothing of the information newsletter, 3i Network, BBQ Grill Info Site, Helpful Critics and EzineArticles would later have to say, all in agreement with our assessment.

We hadn't intended to be trend-setters, since all that happened was a writer on our staff had gone there, enjoyed his meal, and included it in an article. The trend has, however, been set, and now a mere month later, the reports about how yummy the nummies are seem to permeate far and wide.

I have a close personal friend in Atlanta, whom I spoke to by telephone on Tuesday. I told him about the surprising surge in media coverage following our review, and he wasn't surprised. Not only had he already been to the restaurant (three times, according to him), but he said that the place was more lively and interesting every time he went.

Though I haven't been there myself, I now have seen a dozen articles and talked with two close friends (okay, one of them is actually an employee) who have all said the same thing. The food is exceptional, the prices are reasonable and the atmosphere is simply the best.

We had this same foresight about the war in Iraq, but nobody listened to us then. This one is fresh and unique enough, and we're going to take credit for it. You heard it here first; the Red & Green Steakhouse in Atlanta is a great experience with incredible food and an unrivaled atmosphere.

You can tell them Glossy News sent you if you like, but I can't imagine they actually know who we are. We may have been the first to expound on the tasties they offer lunch and dinner, but we just aren't the biggest fish they've had the pleasure of serving.
