| Me with all four of my Chun cookies. Four Chun cookies, right? |
In case you've never been to a Chinese restaurant there's something you should know about them, and it's that they give away totally free cookies at the end. They aren't normal cookies because they're really fragile and crunchy, but also because these particular cookies have messages inside of them. They're called "Chun" cookies, and sometimes, if you're really lucky, you get four of them.
I'm not much of a reader, especially when it comes to things that don't have pictures. These things don't have much in the way of pictures, just a cartoon bee, and that's okay because they also don't have much in the way of words. It's kind of a win-some-lose-some situation.
As it happens, my four Chun cookies gave me great advice, all four of them, though I can only mostly pretend I can read them. Rather than letting people do my reading for me -- which is what I do when it comes to all the scripts that come in for my review -- I chose to read them myself.
The first one said, as I explained, "Look out for bees, Daddy."
The second one, as I explained, said, "Look out for bees, Dominic."
They pretty much went on like that from there. Bees, though, you gotta look out for them. They've got stingers and they're everywhere from picnics to, well, these sorts of Chun cookies, whether numbering in increments of four or not.

Above - I know it doesn't make much sense, and it's not so much because it's only relevant to about 1/100th of 1% of the world's population, but rather it's because it has a bee on it. Why would you pair a bee with a fashion prognostication?
Once I reluctantly handed it over to my handlers, I found out that I will strike it big in the world of fashion this year… that's an odd fortune, isn't it? I mean, I understand the Barnum statements like "a thing will happen to you in a place, maybe even fairly soon" because that applies to everybody, but a fashion industry one? This barely makes sense, not even to me, and I'm all about the things that don't make any sense.
Oh four Chun cookies, when will you ever get back on track?

Above - This is a needless, almost gratuitous shot, but the suits around the office thought it would be nice to include the higher resolution shot of me holding all of my four Chun cookies... who is this Chun fellow, anyhow?
